How long before I can sleep on it?
Usually a few hours. Book a morning slot if you want it ready for that night.
Do you clean both sides?
Yes, along with the sides, unless the mattress is a one-sided design that should not be turned.
Will it remove old stains?
Some lift, some do not. Anything that has soaked deep into the foam may leave a shadow, and we will tell you before we start.
