This website is operated by great deal Cleaning Services L.L.C S.O.C, a company licensed in Dubai under commercial licence 1647410, with its registered address at Office 101-A15, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we do

We provide building cleaning services. Any work outside that activity is not covered by our licence and we will tell you if a request falls outside it.

Quotes and prices

We quote in writing after we understand the size of the space, the scope and the frequency. Quotes include 5% VAT and stay valid for the period stated on them. No work starts before you accept a quote.

Booking and cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once you accept the quote and we agree a date. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a visit; the notice period we ask for is set out in your quote.

Access

You agree to give our team safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. If we cannot get access and cannot reasonably have known in advance, we may charge for the visit.

Our responsibilities

Our team is trained and works to the written scope agreed with you. If something is damaged through our work, tell us within a reasonable period and we will investigate and put it right where we are responsible.

We may not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, faults or defects, or for items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable before the visit.

If something is wrong

Contact us as soon as you can and we will return to re-do work that falls short of the agreed scope. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Invoices show the total for the services and the VAT separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
