When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type into the form. When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address. Our server also records the IP address a form was sent from, which we use to limit spam.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to quote for work, and to carry out any service you book. We use your email address for occasional updates only if you asked for them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by our own team. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone else except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep them.

Cookies

This site sets one session cookie, which keeps your form submission secure. It is not used to track you and it disappears when you close your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also just ask.
