Dubai is harder on interiors than most cities. Fine dust gets in through every opening, humidity swings between seasons, and air conditioning runs almost year round — which means filters, vents and grilles collect far more than they would elsewhere.
For most apartments, a deep clean twice a year alongside a regular weekly or fortnightly visit keeps things level. Villas, especially with outdoor areas and more glass, are usually better on a three or four month cycle.
Book one sooner if you notice dust returning within a day of cleaning, grout darkening in bathrooms or kitchens, a musty note when the air conditioning starts up, or marks around switches and door frames.
And always deep clean after building or fit-out work. Construction dust is fine enough to settle inside cupboards and behind appliances, and a standard visit will not reach it.
